Política de reembolso

We take pride in each handcrafted product we create and want you to love your purchase. Because our items are handmade and small batch, we can only accept limited returns or exchanges.

1. Returns

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at  contact@beaseyselfcare.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll do our best to make it right — either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of selfcare products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Soaps, body butters, bath soaks, or other skincare items

  • Gift cards

3. Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

4. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we’ll happily send a replacement of the same item.
